By the Graduates During the Ceremony
The registration starts by 9.30 A.M at respective courses / counters.
All the graduates are advised to follow the instructions to wear Graduation robe.
All are requested to be in their allotted seats by 10.15 A.M.
Usage of cellular phones is strictly prohibited inside the Hall.
All are requested to rise from their seats, when the academic procession enters to the hall and remain standing until the members of the procession have taken their seats.
Similarly when the graduation ceremony is over, all are requested to remain standing in their places until the academic procession leaves the hall.
Garlanding, Shake hands giving Mementos and other offerings should not take place.
Only Official Photographers will be allowed to take photographs during the function.
All are informed to receive their Certificate one by one and back to respective seats.
No person should be allowed on the dais except those who are given specific roles.
Please maintain the silence strictly throughout the program.
Maintain dignity and decorum of the dais throughout the program.
The parents are NOT ALLOWED into the Convocation Hall due to space constraint and they might be seated in the adjacent room & graduation ceremony will be live streamed.
